We are all seeking ways to achieve good health and inner peace. Throughout my years exploring and teaching yoga, I have discovered that a regular practice of this ancient tradition promotes mental clarity, increases self-understanding, helps control stress levels and generally improves well-being.

I teach public and private classes, including one-to-one sessions.  I also organise yoga retreats to beautiful destinations. Please join me and together we can discover happiness.
